TENAA Certifies the Oppp A30 and OnePlus 2 mini

The One Plus 2 mini which appeared in some GFX benchmarks earlier this month has now been certified by Chinese regulator TENAA. With a model number of One E1000, the device features a 4.99-inch AMOLED display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution (FHD). The Snapdragon 810 SoC is under the hood, carrying an octa-core 2.0GHz CPU with the Adreno 430 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside, along with 16GB of native storage. A 128GB capacity microSD slot is available for those needing additional storage.

There is a 13MP camera at the rear of the handset, while an 8MP camera shoots selfies and handles video chats. Android 5.1.1 is pre-installed. The OnePlus 2 Mini is a rather svelte 6.9mm and is a lightweight at 138 grams. The phone supports 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity. We should point out some differences from the GFXBench specs. That site had the device carrying a 4.6-inch screen, and a 5MP front-facing camera.

"Considering the speculation about the ties between OnePlus and Oppo, is it just an amazing coincidence that a phone called the Oppo A30 was also certified by TENAA and listed on the same date? The specs match those of the OnePlus 2 Mini exactly except for the color of the phone The OnePlus 2 Mini is listed as being black (despite being white in the official TENAA photo), while the Oppo A30 is listed as being in white."
