Google tipped to release 2 new Android Wear 2.0 Smartwatches in Q1, 2017

As part of the new "Made by Google" initiative, Google is working on two smartwatches of its own - codenamed Angelfish and Swordfish.

According to the usually reliable leakster @evleaks, both the watches will be released sometime in Q1 2017. He also revealed that both will be powered by Android Wear 2.0.

They are expected to be the first devices running the new and updated version of Google's platform for wearables, which will feature its own app store and an improved Smart Reply feature.

Specs-wise, nothing much is known about the wearables, except that the Angelfish will come with GPS, LTE, and a heart rate monitor, while Swordfish won't feature GPS or LTE, and might even drop the heart rate sensor as well.
