Microsoft’s brand new browser looks familiar

Yesterday at build, Microsoft officially announced that their all-new super sleek browser will officially be named “Microsoft Edge”, since it’s at the bleeding edge of technology apparently( hmmm, okay). Although Spartan/Edge might be an all new browser that Microsoft can be proud of; it might as well have been called it Internet Explorer 13, since the logo is nothing new.
Infact the new logo is 90% identical to the Internet Explorer logo, minus a couple of wavy extensions. The Internet Explorer logo may have become the face of the internet on many desktops, but is sticking with the same image that has grown to be a source of ridicule really a wise decision?
