Retro Runners X2 Review

Not alot of odd games get released on the play store these days but Retro Runners tends to want to marry the ideas of Minecraft, Subway Surfers and Crossy road.
Graphics
The graphics of this game is amazing(or terrible), thanks alot minecraft, to say since Minecraft blew our minds by telling us that 4k graphics dont matter but gameplay is what's important
Gameplay
So like i pointed out earlier the game plays almost exactly like Subway Surfers, without the trains, and uses swipe based gestures for control. You swipe to make your character jump and swipe sideways to make him move in the corresponding direction
Elements
During races you'll constantly need to drink water, avoid photographers, dogs(yeah dogs), pools of water, hurdles etc to reach your desiref goal which by the way is impossible since this an endless runner. There are health pickups along the track to help you back up when you stumble or adverts can be used as well
In-App Purchases and Conclusion
If you're not a fan of advertising, you can unlock a character for $0.99 to remove all adverts. There are plenty of characters to choose from, even more options than your favorite GTA game.
In conclusion, this game is fantastic and kinda addictive but in the long run i don't see it outselling angry birds but it has a shot.
