The Huawei Honor 5X is on its way to the U.S., expected to launch via Amazon and Newegg on January 31st. Priced at $199.99, the handset will reach U.S shores with Android 5.1 on board. A report published today reveals that the honor 5X will receive Android 6.0 and the latest version of honor's UI.

The update to Android 6.0 and Emotion UI4 could take place the very same day that the phone is made available in the United States. An update is scheduled for January 31st and it isn't clear what it includes. It might be too early to expect Marshmallow to be pushed out to American users on January 31st.
