Gionee Launches the F103 Smartphone in India

Gionee today launched its first smartphone to be made in India, the "F103". The device carries a price tag of INR 9,999 and will come in different colors such as Pearl white, Dawn white as well as black options as well. This device comes equipped with a Quad core MediaTek MT6735 1.3GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, 5inch 720p IPS display as well as a 2400mAh battery.
The F103 features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. It runs Android Lollipop with the Chinese company's own Amigo 3.0 interface on top. Connectivity options include 3G/4G, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB.
