The Meizu Metal was revealed today as the fifth blue charm device in its "M" line up. The Meizu metal is made entirely of metal and comes equipped with a 5.5" 1080p LTPS display covered by a protective Dinorex T2X-1 glass with 2.5D effect thanks to the curved edges. The NEG's Dinorex T2X-1 glass is both scratch and shock resistant.
The Meizu metal runs on the MediaTek's Helio X10 chip with an octa-core 2.0GHz Cortex-A53 processor, PowerVR G6200 (Rogue) GPU and 2GB of RAM. You can get it with 16 or 32 GB internal storage, but both models offer microSD expansion.
Meizu metal runs on Android Lollipop with Flyme 5.1 launcher. You can get it in white, gold, gray, blue, and pink flavors.
The "metal" is available in China with the 16GB going for€150 and the 32GB for €180. Retailers outside China has already listed the Meizu metal for pre-order and its costs $199 for the 16GB model.
