Vivo Confirms Snapdragon 820 and 6GB of RAM for the XPlay 5

Vivo has now officially confirmed that it's upcoming XPlay 5 flagship will have a mind boggling 6GB RAM, making it the world's first smartphone to come with that much RAM. The confirmation came in the form of a teaser, which also revealed that the handset will be powered by the all new Snapdragon 820 SoC.
The XPlay 5 was confirmed by the Chinese company last week, and just a day after that it was revealed that the device will be made official on March 1. Aside from 6GB RAM and SD820, Vivo has already confirmed that the phone will feature a dual-curved display(hopefully like the S7 Edge.
Previous rumors have also suggested that the flagship will feature solar charging, as well as come with a 6-inch display, 16MP/8MP camera combo, and 4,300mAh battery. Given that the phone is nearing its announcement, we expect to see other key specs popping up.
